This mixed ability class is perfect for both the confident beginner who has mastered double and treble crochet stitch and the more experienced crocheter. The project introduces a variety of stitches and includes crocheting around a circular frame.

You are invited to dive into a stash of colourful cotton yarn all provided on the day as you create a colourful lantern that is unique to you. Emma is on hand throughout to help you every step of the way from casting on around a frame to completing the beaded border. Once yo have mastered the first 6 rows you can sit back and enjoy experimenting with colours as you watch your lantern grow with every round. It’s guaranteed you will want to make more than just one!

Suitable for anyone who has mastered the basics of crochet and is comfortable with double and treble crochet. The more familiar you are with working these stitches the more you will get out of this workshop so click onto youTube and have a practice before you arrive.

Hoop and hooks, yarn and the pdf pattern are all included and Emma will feed and water you throughout with tea, coffee and home made treats.
