Dip your toes into the world of mosaic in this 2 hour mosaic workshop. Perfect for complete beginners, Emma will take you through the mosaic process from mosaic design to cutting, nibbling and glueing tiles. You will be given a hand cut wooden base to create any bird of your choosing and there will be plenty of samples to draw inspiration from. All mosaic materials together with tea, coffee and biscuits are included.

Participants are invited to bring a piece of china (a little saucer or tea cup) that has a pretty pattern on it to be used for the birds wing. Charity shops are a great place to find something suitable but don’t worry if this doesn’t work for you as there will be some china pieces provided too.

You will leave with your completed mosaic bird and a set of new skills to continue your mosaic journey.
